My name is Sherbinin Ivan. I was born twenty seven August nineteen eighty-seven  in Shakhtinsk in Kazakhstan. My Father is Sherbinin Yuri. He is an engineer. My Mother is Sherbinina Tatiana. She is a teacher. She works a village School. We cane from Kazakhstan to Russia in nineteen ninety-eight. I finishd secondary scool in two thousand-five and entered the Saratov state Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov. My speciality is economics and managnment. I took part in varios conferences in social scienses, mathematics, economics and others. I graduated with honors degree the Saratov state Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov in two thousand-teen year.

You are asking me why I decided to become a post-graduate school? To learn new things about the surroundings was always interesting for me. I will get a new knowledge in a graduate school and I will hope to make my own contribution in the scientific world. My scientific work deals with studying the regulation of industrial adverse effect to the earth biosphere. I am going to study ecological problems in the world industry, in Russia and particularly in Saratov region. I have already made an analysis of U.S. law in the sphere of control and regulation of ecoligical innovations and reducing adverse effect of various auto  engine. I hope my scientific work will help to reduce an adverse effect to the earth biosphere. That is why I want to enter the graduate school.
